Prescription corrective exercises
The right exercises will not only enhance the results of your treatment by helping you progress between visits, they’ll also help you to maintain your results afterwards.
What are prescription corrective exercises?
Much like prescribed medication, we’ll show you specific activities, stretches and exercises to perform regularly at home to rebuild your strength and resilience. These can range from simple, moderate actions to more intense ones depending on your condition, capability and pathology.
“Will I need to join a gym?”
Don’t worry! Everyone’s circumstances will influence the exercises we recommend, and many will involve minimal, inexpensive equipment or none at all. We’ll provide guidance and suggestions of where to purchase any items you might require and discuss this with you to ensure everything is as easy as possible for you to access.

Are corrective exercises right for you?
Short answer, ABSOLUTELY! In combination with our other treatments, the exercises are a key component in getting you better, quicker. Routines are developed in partnership with your therapist and open discussion remains in place to ensure you never feel like you’re being asked to do something beyond your ability.
